About Impact Agility

Impact Agility was founded in 2011 by Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) Matt Dominici. What started as a side hustle (then known as MD Agile Consulting) would grow to become a full service Agile Training and Consulting company, offering specialized training from scrum.org and proKanban.org, along with Agile Coaching and Consulting services.

Matt has helped over 50 organizations in finance, insurance, health, legal, media, construction, ad-tech, retail and government. Through his clarity, positivity, and enthusiasm he helps teams and organizations discover their own path to true professional agility.

Matt relies on a wealth of practical experience, having held the the roles of Director, Coach, Development Team Member, Scrum Master and Product Owner. At Impact Agility, we know we’ve been successful when we see happier employees, more effective leaders and improved outcomes for companies and the customers they serve.
